We want you to absolutely love what you ordered! If something isn't right, we're here to help make it so.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. To start a return, email us at sherrie@trashtalkgreetings.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items of equal value. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping — just send us a photo so we can make it right quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
Greeting cards (opened)
Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as Sale or Final Sale at checkout
Original paintings (all original artwork is final sale — please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help!)

Orders placed November 1 – December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
